... I could have learners take the lead in building the script, and role play in pairs how they would use the new process.

Mark, are you thinking about f2f to VILT deliveries here?

Instead of building e-Learning slides to outline a process and script an explanation of the new process, I could create a customer scenario where the learner needs to use the new process with their customer, using either a:
- ILT (or VILT, in today's world) role-play discussion scenario with a partner/breakout room
- Scenario building block in Rise for a rapid asynchronous scenario
- Create a motion graphic dictating the same scenario and what it would look like.

Lindsay - how fantastic that you offered ideas for multiple delivery formats.

I could...have them vote on the order of the new process or what parts should be included in the new process. Take each step and have voting questions - or use an onscreen whiteboard capability and have people type the steps that should be included.

Love it Pam! I also use manipulatives and allow small groups to work on arranging them.

I have actually done this in a classroom setting. I handed out the steps to a process and had folks line up in the order they thought it would go. I did this at the beginning of the class before we even started. Then after the class I used it to check their knowledge and had them do it again.

In a virtual class, I'd split the class into groups and then send the participants each a step via chat. Then I'd have them go around their group to figure out who has the next step/previous step. In the end, they'd present as a group what the flow of the process is.

And, you integrated out-of-seat learning...so essential in f2f programs.

I could build interactive scenarios around the new process
