Host a brainstorming session that asks participants to leverage their experiences to generate ideas for best practices.

In a f2f, you can make this an out-of-seat opportunity. For VILT, whiteboarding or paired chat with report outs are options in addition to large group discussion. Thank you for sharing Denise.

I could build in a "choose your own adventure" scenario where they get to choose what steps to take next in a scenario. One path is the best practice, one is not and depending on what they choose the outcomes will reflect that.
