Create a scavenger hunt type of activity. In small groups, learners have to complete sentences, give examples, or answer questions about company policies and compliance. Learners should work with their group to discuss the answers to each item.

We use a board game highlighting common situations and possible steps to take and participants will take turns to explain what they would do, and the game master will explain the correct step to take based on the game card. We also use fun quizzes like kahoot to engage.

Building and using content-centric board games is not only engaging for the learners -- it is also fun for the ID!

Have them work in smaller groups to come up with answers. Give them the information and have questions, interacting with each other will help with retention.
